Perfection in a Penny Loafer~ ***LOVE*** LL Beans' PORTLAND PENNY
I always have loved PENNY LOAFERS--I had been searching the sites looking for REPLACEMENT LOAFERS for my Etienne Aigner Loafers in Wine that I wore and wore and wore--and they always did in fact look brand new--almost better and better with age. But I did part with them because the years were going by and it almost seemed like they were going to "outlive" ME! LOL
So J. Crew has those pretty Patent Loafers in the *Getaway Green* which are interesting but not really speaking to me personally HERE because I wanted more of what I had--which was the Regular/Matte looking leather.
I finally found what I'd been searching for at LL Bean-with the rounded toe--a more *feminine looking Penny Loafer* than J. Crew's Biella Loafer. Check em out HERE--I got the Slate Blue and the Brandywine!

When the J. Crew FACTORY opens this weekend I would recommend getting one or two of THESE TUNIC TOPS! I was super excited when I discovered this gorgeous print being offered in this tunic--I had covetted/made polyvores with the Flores Top but could never seem to find my size in popbacks! Going GREEN~OOTD with the POLYVORE to MATCH!
I, of course, totally wish we were in SUMMER SEASON--but since we are not--I put boots/tights on and wore this in the WINTER--we can't complain in the Northeast--barely any SNOW--and today almost 60 Degrees--so FABBITY FAB!!!
I am inexplicably attracted to this MINT GREEN nailpolish--the brand is called "SPOILED" and it's from CVS--it has stayed on and in perfect form for--wait for it-- 5 days --so 2 thumbs up!!!!
